Your order will ship directly from LBK Boutique or the manufacturer to the US only (excluding HI, PR, and AK). All items are carefully packaged by the manufacturer. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 3 business days, and we will send you a replacement or we will issue a store credit. There will be a 1-2 business day processing time on your order. All items are shipped via Flat Standard Rate, and we use different carriers based on the location. Please allow 7-10 business days for your item to arrive once processed. Personalized items will take 2-3 additional days to process prior to shipping. Items will always be shipped as promptly as possible. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. Physical confirmed addresses only.
