Q: How long does it take to process an order? 
 
Once we receive the order, we usually ship each order within 1-2 business days. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete.

 

Q: What is LBK Boutique's policy on returns and replacements?

 

You may return an item for a refund or replacement within 7 days if you are not completely satisfied. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be in the same condition as received, and all orders must be returned in full. Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to sending your item(s) back to us. We cannot accept returns on personalized items.

 

Should you receive a damaged item, please call our Customer Service Department at (708) 420-5400 or email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will send out a replacement at no charge.

 

When you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment. All claims must be made within 2 business days of shipment.
